No Returns | No Exchange | No Cancellations Policy

At Shrebhavi – Resin Art & Material Shop, we adhere to a strict policy that prohibits returns, exchanges, and cancellations once a product has been purchased. We provide detailed information about the exact size and color of each product to eliminate the need for exchanges. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review product images and descriptions before making a purchase decision.

Our Quality Check team meticulously inspects each product to ensure it is free from defects. However, if you encounter a manufacturing defect, receive a damaged item during transit, or find a missing item in your order, please notify us within 48 hours by sending Message on WhatsApp +918734965680 or an email to shrebhavi.resin@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a refund, you must record a video while opening the package to demonstrate that you received a defective product. Please include your order number along with the unboxing video. Our team will respond to your complaint within 2-5 working days and initiate further communication with you.

If you meet the criteria for a refund or replacement, our team will guide you through the necessary steps. If the delivery status indicates “delivered” but you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hours by sending Message on WhatsApp +918734965680 or an email to shrebhavi.resin@gmail.com with the subject “wrong delivery status.” Failure to do so within this timeframe will render you ineligible for a refund or support from our team.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not entertain refunds or cancellations for custom products.
