Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days following confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or email.

For orders containing custom products, the shipping timeframe is extended to 4-7 days. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday, and delivery typically takes an additional 5-10 working days, with a possible extension to 15 days for North-Eastern States.

Please be aware that once an order is confirmed, no changes are allowed. This includes no cancellations, additions, alterations to products, or modifications to coupon codes. Ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.

Note: If any product from your order becomes unavailable or experiences a delay, we will contact you within 1-2 working days via call or message to inform you about potential delays.

If the delivery status displays as “delivered,” and you have not received the product, kindly notify us within 24 hours. Send Message on WhatsApp +918734965680 or an email with your order ID and the subject “wrong delivery status” to shrebhavi.resin@gmail.com. Failure to do so within this timeframe will make you ineligible for any refund or support from our team.
