A heat gun is one of the most essential tools in any resin artist's kit. Whether you are working with epoxy resin, UV resin, or alcohol ink art, a quick pass of warm air is the fastest and safest way to pop surface bubbles and achieve a smooth, glass-like finish — without the fire risk of a butane torch.
This hot air gun from Shrebhavi is well-suited for Indian hobbyists and small resin businesses who need a reliable, easy-to-use tool for everyday pours. It works beautifully with silicone molds, resin trays, tumblers, coasters, and geode-style artwork.
- Removes air bubbles from epoxy and UV resin pours in seconds — no more pinholes in your finished pieces
- Compact and lightweight design makes it easy to handle during detailed resin work
- Dual temperature or variable heat settings let you control airflow for delicate vs. heavy pours
- Works for resin art, heat-shrink tubing, embossing powder, and wax seal crafts
- Heats up quickly so you can keep your workflow moving without long wait times
- Suitable for beginners and professional resin artists working with silicone molds, tumblers, or geode art
- Safe trigger or switch operation — no open flame needed, unlike a butane torch
How to Use
After pouring your resin into a mold or onto a surface, switch on the heat gun and hold it 10–15 cm above the resin. Move it in slow, sweeping motions. Bubbles will rise and burst within a few seconds. Avoid holding the gun in one spot for too long, as excess heat can cause yellowing or uneven curing in thin resin layers.
Safety Tips
Always work in a well-ventilated area when using heat with resin. Do not point the heat gun at your skin or flammable materials. Place the gun on a heat-resistant surface when not in use — the nozzle stays hot for a minute or two after switching off. Keep out of reach of children.
