This 2:1 ratio epoxy resin (750gm kit) is a two-part casting and coating resin designed for resin artists, jewellery makers, and craft hobbyists across India. Mixed at 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener by weight or volume, it cures to a crystal-clear, high-gloss finish that resists yellowing over time — making it suitable for both decorative and functional projects.
The 750gm kit gives you enough material to complete multiple small-to-medium pours — ideal for filling silicone molds, coating artwork, making resin jewellery, or creating coasters and trays. It works well with resin pigments, alcohol inks, mica powders, dried flowers, and glitters to achieve the look you want.
- 2:1 mix ratio — simple to measure by weight or volume, reducing mixing errors for beginners and experienced artists alike
- Crystal-clear cure — sets to a transparent, high-gloss finish that showcases pigments, inclusions, and artwork without cloudiness
- 750gm kit — sufficient for multiple coaster pours, jewellery pieces, or small tray castings in one purchase
- Compatible with popular additives — works with mica pigments, alcohol inks, dried botanicals, glitter, and resin dyes
- Suitable for molds and coating — use for silicone mold casting, artwork sealing, or surface coating on wood and canvas
- Low-odour formulation — more comfortable to work with in home studios compared to solvent-based alternatives
- Consistent results — self-levels during cure to reduce brush marks and uneven surfaces on flat pours
What's Included
One 750gm kit containing Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener) in the correct 2:1 ratio proportion. Mix only what you need — store remaining components sealed and away from moisture.
How to Use
Measure Part A and Part B at a 2:1 ratio by weight using a digital scale for best accuracy. Mix slowly for 3–5 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom of the mixing cup. Avoid whipping air into the mixture. Pour into your mold or onto your surface, use a heat gun or torch briefly to pop surface bubbles, and allow to cure at room temperature (ideally 24–28°C). Full cure typically takes 24–72 hours depending on pour depth and ambient temperature.
Safety Tips
Always wear nitrile gloves and work in a well-ventilated space. Avoid skin and eye contact — uncured resin is a skin sensitiser with repeated exposure. Keep out of reach of children. Do not pour down drains. Dispose of cured resin scraps as solid waste per your local guidelines. If irritation occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water and seek medical advice.
